1. Special Needs?
Be sure to let us know if you are pregnant, are using Retin-A, or Accutane, have any special needs, allergies or medical conditions. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival. Some of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

2. Brush off the busy day..
Arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes earlier than your appointment so you can unwind, and clear your mind before beginning your treatment.

Call or Text, but please don't leave us hanging...
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible prior to your appointment 918-902-4448.

3. Speak your Mind...
Is the pressure ok? Is the water too hot or cold? Are you comfortable? If there is anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don't be afraid to let us know.

The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist.

4. Shhhhhh...
To ensure a serene environment in our studio, please turn off your cell phone and beeper upon arrival. When you are at the studio please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments.

We recommend against bringing valuables to the studio. Upon arrival you will be provided a basket and small bag for your personal belongings. Preferred Skin Solutions is not responsible for lost articles.

For your children’s safety and the comfort of our clientele, we encourage you to refrain from bringing children under 9 who do not have their own appointment.

5. Our prices do not include gratuities. All guests should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). 15%-20% of the price of the service is customary.
