Upon arrival you will be provided a basket and small bag for your personal belongings. Preferred Skin Solutions is not responsible for lost articles. For your children’s safety and the comfort of our clientele, we encourage you to refrain from bringing children under 9 who do not have their own appointment. 5. Our prices do not include gratuities. All guests should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). 15%-20% of the price of the service is customary. 6.
